I have been going to Essentia/MidDakota at Kirkwood for over 25 years. I have only met doctors who were rude at other facilities, honestly! I have had great care, and fantastic service over the years . In fact on one occasion I was at the main clinic and I fell, they had me checked over and set up another time for my actual appointment. It was not just an insurance type of care, it was honest concern for me! I was impressed! I would recommend it highly!
Staff were all polite and friendly, and the doctor I saw - Eric Lutzwick - is very kind and listens well.
Very very very disappointed in this place. Multiple times when I have come here, they treated me like garbage. All the way from receptionists to lab to the doctor I’ve been going to for years. Both doctors I’ve seen here were judgmental, unkind, and fatphobic. They don’t know how to handle people with chronic illness nor mental illness. I’ve felt like theyve ignored my health concerns for quite a long time.
