Very very very disappointed in this place. Multiple times when I have come here, they treated me like garbage. All the way from receptionists to lab to the doctor I’ve been going to for years. Both doctors I’ve seen here were judgmental, unkind, and fatphobic. They don’t know how to handle people with chronic illness nor mental illness. I’ve felt like theyve ignored my health concerns for quite a long time. Staff were all polite and friendly, and the doctor I saw - Eric Lutzwick - is very kind and listens well.
Good place
As a former RN I would be embarrassed to work for Essentia. Orders are not put in I have had to call 4x for 1 order. This is the 3rd time this happened. Doctor basically fat shamed me. Good luck get any diagnostic test that's 2 to 3 months backed up. And good luck with the phone system they have been having problems with that since January. I moved back here 5 yrs. ago and ND is so far behind when it comes to Healthcare . If you have anything major going on go out of state it's a joke.
