They were great! The girls at the front desk Amela and Tonya were so polite and helpful. I was able to go in get what I needed no issues. Would definitely recommend!
Never replied to our email! This is poor customer service. Also when something does not work and we return it after 30 days and only used it once, We should not have to pay for it for $500! And you still accepted the return when your policy says you do not accept returns after 15 days. So now you will re use the product you accepted as a return and still took our money. Terrible service and no empathy shown for the concern. Will not be using again and not recommending to friends.
Terrible customer service. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone at front desk while they were on break Plus had to wait a whole day to process insurance. Will never use again
