Derik was so helpful. We wanted a hospital bed right away for my husband. Derik was busy with something, but got a bed for us immediately. He also gave us his phone number just in case we had any problems with the bed. He was so kind, sweet and respectful. When we needed it out, he came over right away and told my family how sorry he was that Bill passed away. He is a good man. The world needs more men like him.
A big THANK YOU to Derik for fixing my bed. As can be seen in the photos the up/down control was not working correctly and Derik fixed the problem and it not just works but it is much quieter. I appreciate the repair work that he did.
