This is the slowest clinic I've ever seen, how do you manage to wait hours past your set appointment time. The issue is not only are they slow, they generally do not care. I've never seen so much disregard from a health care provider. I was rushed out of my appointment with no "what next" or follow up. I also could tell the provider did not believe me while I spoke about my issues. I followed up 2 weeks later on the app asking what my next steps were. Some very awesome Providers and Nurses work here!!! When COVID vaccines ran out in town Kris, LPN helped me get in for a vaccine. The crew in the Pharmacy is always super nice and very efficient as well. The prices on OTC meds are some of the best in town!
The office is disorganized, seems short staffed and, in our experience, are not concerned about patients. They are more worried about paperwork, protocol and making a person in need jump through hoops. Most recently a tech in the lab refused to do blood work without an appointment, although we were told ahead of time by Essentia that one wasn't needed. My husband was turned away when the lab was empty on the day after Christmas. I called Essentia, and learned that a lab appointment was available, however nobody in the office... read more
This place in international Falls absolutely sucks. I needed my blood pressure medication filled before I have a stroke. They told me there’s nothing I could do about it unless I was seen by three different doctors. How stupid are these guys? It’s not a controlled substance idiots Guess I’ll just die.
