Took 3 days to get an appt at their lab. After sitting there waiting for 33 minutes to pee in a cup, I left. That was WITH an appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.
I’ve never left a negative google review before, but I’ve also never had such an unprofessional and disorganized experience with a clinic :(
It is absolutely ridiculous that when you call the Hermantown Clinic you sit on hold for 20 minutes before finally hanging up! I know several people looking for a job, why can't they just hire some regular 40 hours a week employees at the Hermantown Clinic to answer phones. They have all this swing shift work who wants to do that! Apparently the Hermantown Clinic doesn't have enough employees hire some full-time employees to sit there. Absolutely ridiculous
