You're better off waiting until it's serious enough to require an ambulance. Not busy here, bu I've been waiting 3 hours with no luck. Death sounds better

RN Sheila was horrible with my wife. She acted careless with my wifes ailments acting as if her pain wasn't actually that bad. She put the IV in my wifes hand very rough and aggressive like and it was painful in her hand for the 2 hours it had to be there. Then the rn pulled it out abruptly mid saline bag, and spilled blood all over my wifes phone. She had also stated at one point, when my wife said she had stomach pain, the rn Sheila said, "this is the real world" as if my wifes stomach pains were illegitimate! She was so c... read more

We came in to the ER for my husband’s severely high fever and mysterious symptoms. Two nurses were wonderful, whereas several others seemed miserable with life in general. Like no smile and seemed almost “dead inside”. Dr. Cerkvenik, was the attending physician and he was organized efficient and kindly answered questions and discussed different treatment options with us. He advocated for us to be transferred to Duluth, assessing my husband’s needs to have on-site specialists to rule out specific concerns. The two nurses and ... read more

Took my 8 year old in who couldn’t even walk to or from my vehicle and was shamed by the male doctor on call. He was rough with my child who was in pain, offered ibuprofen, and said it’s not an emergency and that I should have waited to get him into his primary doctor. HE CAN’T WALK. I’d say that’s an emergency. Anytime I’ve had to come to this ER we’ve been treated like trash, absolute worst emergency room.
