I would much rather get all of my medical care at the Virginia ER clinic and urgent care than at Fairview in Hibbing MN the nurses and doctors are so kind and go above and beyond to make you feel safe and taken care of you can tell whose in it for the money and who actually cares about people and what they do for work and the Virginia MN essentia health hospitals do a very good job at selecting wonderful doctors and nurses

My daughter waited for over 4 and a half hours and was never seen. She was as exhausted and emotional and left to go home. I find this facility to be a joke and you should be ashamed of yourselves . She had symptoms that urgent care told her she needed to go to the er then you guys treated her like she wasn’t important enough. I sure hope nothing bad happens to her. You people suck

Over 4 hour wait and still waiting. They say they rate by severity yet how do they know? Went in w my kiddo as she had stroke like symptoms but apparently that’s not urgent enough. I advise no one go here with anything severe and go to Fairview in Hibbing. At least they care about their patients there. They even almost killed me 25 years ago too here at essentia w the inept way they handle each case.

HORRIBLE DOCTORS. I had to ask for my wounds to be cleaned and dressed. The nurses are amazing, but the doctors are trash. Seek help elsewhere.
