Walked into ER at 4:00pm and was home by 6:30. The only waiting was for me to get the IV down. That was the best and easiest visit ever. Doc and staff were great! Will be using this hospital again if needed. Well done and thank you staff!
Not sure what happened to the Deer River hospital but it has gone down hill. Can't even give people their medical records. First they said they paperwork wasn't signed. That was a lie as we were sitting there looking at it. Then they said they don't have a signature to compare it to. B.S. My husband was born there, I was born there, our kids were born there. Dr. Cuttle (in the ER) was amazing! She was willing to work with me to get my issue resolved. I would see her again anytime!
The E.R doctor that was on tonight Dr pitschka was so fantasticly rude and VICTIM shaming to my friend it was disgusting. He said he's "management" because he didn't want to give her info to call any higher ups and told her that her diagnosis isnt real of fibromyalgia and told her to get a job even though she's been disabled and found disabled since she was 18.
RUDE RN with long hair that was a fake blonde with red fingernails. She was yelling at me and acting like she owned the hospital. Horrible experience if you ACTUALLY want help don't go here they have a (were better than you because were nurses and Dr's) vibe and attitude. Worst ER ever.
