Needs new front desk people
Good clinic but under construction currently (May 2026)
Been there three separate occasions for 3 different things and not once where they even able to do prescriptions, correct diagnosis and was not even able to give out the shots needed was told each time to go see primary doctor instead and still billed… place is a absolute joke
I would LOVE to talk to the clinic manager about how incompetent the front desk staff are in scanning an insurance card into the chart or entering the correct information. I’m 32 years old and this was processed through my dad’s insurance that I haven’t been on in a DECADE! Tell me WHY his insurance was even in my chart when I handed them my husband and my insurance card!!! I have been to this location several times and never once has it been processed through my dads nor has my dad’s insurance been linked to my chart. Talk ... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm new to the area and was past due for my physical. Called and scheduled it with Dr Strong. The appt was about 2 months put. I show up at 10:15 and did not get put of there until almost 12:30..with no physical! They actually had me sit in my room while Dr Strong went to one of her other appts. When she was actually with me, we just went over medical history, and they didn't even have all my records there. I called the next day to make sure I was not getting charged for this.
