Could not get a flu shot
Only used out of convenience due to juggling kids. However, I seemed to have inconvenienced the tech by needing assistance. She laughed as I struggled juggling my bag and wallet being hassled for the same insurance we just used upstairs 5 to 10 minutes prior. My toddler took off sprinting in the midst of this and yet she had the gull to laugh at the situation. No compassion or respect.
