I've had excellent care from the staff at Essentia Spooner Clinic. My heart condition was quickly diagnosed and I had surgery at Essentia Duluth. Cardiac Rehab at Spooner has also been excellent!
I’ve been a patient here since 2016, for primary and specialty care, and have had excellent care and service. It’s my first recommendation to newcomers in the area. Services I’ve used here or at Essentia in Duluth/Superior/Hayward: annual and Medicare appts, labs, foot surgery, mammogram, two hip replacements, gall bladder removal, and counseling.
I had to book an urgent appointment here due to my insurance not covering many clinics in the area, and I was worried due to the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to reach someone within minutes, booked a same day appointment with Dr Kimberly, every single person was friendly and helpful, and I had a super thorough and helpful visit. I will be returning for primary care. Maybe they've turned things around since the bad reviews, so don't let that stop you from coming here!
