They kind of suck, we scheduled an appointment and the wait time was already 3 weeks at that point and then on the day of the appointment the provider ended up being sick and canceled the appointment and the soonest they could get us in is another 2 week wait time so like a 5 week wait time to just get something simple done. I'll probably be switching me and my family to another clinic.
My cold felt like it was turning into something worse. I had never been to this clinic before. I got great care in less time than I had ever waited in an urgent care. I was there less than an hour. Every person I interacted with was great. Kind and competent. A really good experience.
I've always had positive experiences with this clinic, both for walk-in and appointments. Very professional staff and I receive excellent care here.
