Very helpful staff, awesome pt programs.
I had to go here due to my work needing a blood draw/lab work done. The lady who drew my blood made me very uncomfortable throughout the whole process, to the point where my body wouldn’t give her any blood. So after 3 times of trying to get blood and it failing, she jabbed me fairly hard in the center brachial artery, my arm squirted out blood, and then I felt like I was almost being sucked dry with the amount of blood they took - it didn’t feel right or like any other time I’d had my blood taken. Not a good one. Waited over an hour past appointment time. No one bothered telling me why - like a patient's time is not valuable. Dr. did not apologize and yawned while examining me and passed me off to an orthopedic doctor.
