We bought our Essentia mattress last summer. We couldn’t be happier and Kate Z’s help over the phone was professional and timely. About a month ago we purchased a new bed frame and needed support for our Essentia mattress. Kate answered all of my questions and was helpful with the Fed Ex paperwork too. 💤

The whole process of selection, getting questions answered, scheduling delivery and follow up thereafter was great. Kate knows her products and is available for any questions and concerns. My friend shared that when they were mattress shopping in a store, they felt like they were on their own because the salesman was only paying attention to his phone. I had Kate's undivided attention, and she always did what she said she would do---and in a timely manner. Great mattress; great customer service.
