Best Day a Spa could ever provide! Hence: Best DaySpa!! – OK, so the experience was originally was for my mom on Mothers Day, but I went along w/ her for the "support"(she doesn't like going places alone! Thank God on this occasion). But everyone was so sweet&wonderful...and they made you feel like you were an Oprah or Alfrie Woodard shelling out the big bucks! But the people were absolutely fantastic and w/ the owner as sweet as pie(and telling you you're the same) it made the whole experience so worth it! I loved it!!
No other spa has customer service like this!!! – I felt like a QUEEN! The people at Essense gave my sisters and I an experience we will never forget. We came all the way from Atlanta and were not disappointed. Our every whim was catered to and done with so much love and professionalism. relaxing, friendly, inviting and worth your time and money – I found this place randomly and I was PLEASANTLY surprised with how wonderful the place was. One of the most relaxing massages I have ever had. A calm environment where you are taken care of from the moment you walk in the door.

IT WAS THE MOST BEAUTFUL AND REFRESHING THING I HAD EVER EXPERIENCED – I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ESSENCE DAY SPA TO ALL WOMEN OF COLOR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Another World – When I visited this spa in July 2005, it was the best experience ever. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming and calm. The owner is also a very pleasant and accomodating person. As for the massage treatments, they were excellent. I will definitely visit this spa again. When you visit, you will feel like you're in another world!
A day we will never forget – I am fairly new to the Nashville, TN. I actually live in Franklin for over an year. I had the pleasure of visiting essence twice and loved the care and professionalism from Keisha & the staff. I planned a " Southern Charm Retreat" weekend for 12 good friends to come and enjoy TN. Just what this busy mom needed – What was I waiting for? My husband purchased a spa day for me as a Mother's day gift 2 years ago and last week I finally used it. What a wonderful experience. As a wife, mom of 2 under the age of 4, full time employee, and a small business owner, busy is an understatement. This day was just what I needed. The facial, body massage and pedicure were all professionally done and the staff was fantastic. I cant wait until my next visit.
