I can't wait to get rid of my Renault so that I don't have to come back to this place again. Was told it would take roughly 2 - 3 weeks to get the top part changed. Called them back after 5 weeks as I didn't get no update from them at all. They said the part hasn't arrived yet. Another 3 weeks passed, my husband rang them again just to be told rudely there's nothing they can do, then that person had the audacity to hung up while my husband was still talking. Shocking and appalling exchange with the service department moments ago. Due to her lack of professional decorum and resistance to constructive scrutiny, by the way in which she failed to handle my service inquiry regarding my car's emergency breakdown. She not only displayed a lack of care or concern, but actually seemed dismissive with of the urgency. When you are told it will take an hour and a half and they are working on it now, so you point out the car is still parked in the street.... then like magic it gets fixed in 10 minutes after waiting 2 days. will never return
