I like this service. Always comfortable working there while waiting for my car.
Absolutely horrific experience regarding ordering a new key. I first had to wait almost 3 months for a key from france, to then get told the key actually arrived a month ago and they had forgot to call me. Which is whatever, I still had my main key and wasn't in a rush. I then headed into the service centre for them to code my new key to my vehicle. Which took almost an hour, the receptionist then comes up to me and said that my new key is fully functional, however my original key had a "fault" and is no longer functional. B... read more
What a helpful and honest bunch! I rang to ask them about something and they told me what I did need and what I didn't need (nearly talking themselves out of some work). They went out of their way to explain the process and got me booked in without any hassle.
Would be happy to rate these guys higher for ease of service . Waiting with all details etc when I drove in, very efficient and polite ….. vehicle ready in an hour whilst I waited in their lounge However… paying a LABOUR COST of $485.77 for under an hours work to fit a rear light unit which had a parts cost of $305.12 is I think really unreasonable and not justified .
