I took my car to GWM essendon motor group for a service, and they returned it with a damaged part and in faulty condition without informing me. This put our safety at risk. When I contacted them by email, they refused to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I cannot trust their service.
I am writing this to warn others about the appalling lack of accountability and safety standards at GWM South Morang and GWM Essendon. Despite my vehicle being regularly maintained at these authorized dealerships, it was recently returned to me with significant mechanical damage caused during service. My wife and I attended this dealership to just look at the GWM Haval H6 GT, and we met with Matt, a polite young man who greeted us. We told him we were here just looking atm. He was very helpful with all of our questions and offered us a test drive of the car. I explained that we just wanted to look and didn't want to waste his time.
