I purchased a 2nd hand car, which is excellent. I just wanted to look at the car, but I felt very pressured. I had questions about issues with the car, but I was told, "You are buying 2nd hand. What do you expect?" The salesperson didn't explain one feature of the car I purchased, and I discovered it's highlights and there were many ON MY OWN! Our experience at Essendon Renault was truly wonderful. Mai Akasha salesperson, went above and beyond, so warm, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She made us feel genuinely cared for and took the time to answer every question we had. We’re over the moon with our new car and couldn’t be more grateful.
