Charged double the price of retail. Confirmed price with other renault dealers. Didn't even flinch to offer partial refund. Awesome Service. Never will buy from here again.
We had a very disappointing experience here from the beginning, particularly with one of the salesmen, Damian. We initially came in to look at a car that was reasonably priced, although it did have some visible damage, mainly to the bumper. When we asked about this, Damian reassured us that it would be repaired and that it wasn’t anything to worry about. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. This is to Renault Department: Manger and his staff I dropped off my car for evaluation, they took photos to trade in after several times following up and contacted them, they ignored my calls and they didn’t back to me… They are rude, unprofessional, not trustworthy, highly recommended Don’t deal with this business!!
1 star review goes directly to the lack of care factor in the spare parts division. I can almost guarantee anybody who tries to contact the spare parts department will be left bewildered as nobody answers the phones and no calls are returned even after numerous attempts at leaving messages. I can't make sense of it. Good Luck Renault Essendon I hope your dealership directors become aware of this frustrating problem to hopefully remedy the non existence of customer service from spare parts.
I took my car to GWM essendon motor group for a service, and they returned it with a damaged part and in faulty condition without informing me. This put our safety at risk. When I contacted them by email, they refused to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I cannot trust their service.
