I’ve been a loyal customer of Essendon Service Centre since purchasing my car there and have always returned for servicing, so I’m disappointed with my recent experience. i rarely give good reviews but in this case i recently purchased a used car from them without a dealer warranty very shortly after buying. the vehicle had a major problem i rang there service dept and was pleasantly surprise buy there helpfulness in the matter i was looked after by Sam who was very nice and a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed all the through the repair process [ BTW the repairs were done by them at no charge ] nice to see a company who backs there sales thank you essendon renault and a big thank you... read more

Do NOT take your renault here for any issues. They are lazy and will just take your money after spending 5 seconds looking at your car.
Amazing, great experience and easy to deal with, fixed everything promptly and with good communication
