I love my stay as an inpatient and I love my outpatient group on Tuesday’s Women's Trauma group. Its helpful, magnificent and it thought me many things. It’s worth it. I am more confident and more settled now.
I've been part of the Women’s Trauma Group with Ambika for the past three years, and it has been life-changing. The group has helped me better understand my mental health, manage daily challenges, and support my family. Ambika has given me practical coping strategies, boosted my confidence, and helped me feel less alone by connecting with others who share similar experiences. I highly recommend this group to anyone struggling with their mental health it's a safe, supportive, and empowering space.

I spent two weeks in this hospital and was made to feel comfortable from start to end. The staff were friendly, caring and pleasant to deal with and the food was very nice. There is nothing I could fault during my stay which was in the year 2020
I spent two weeks in this hospital and was made to feel comfortable from start to end. The staff were friendly, caring and pleasant to deal with and the food was very nice. There is nothing I could fault during my stay which was in the year 2020. I now attend the out patient women’s group and find that to be fantastic it’s been very helpful to me.I look forward to going and seeing all the wonderful women. It has helped my mental health immensely.
