Great customer service by Finn who helped me find the car I was after and made the process very easy.
Waited close to 30 mins for parts. I wast kept asking to wait. Apparently there is one person at lunch and no one else to assist me. I won't be coming here anymore.
I recently visited Mitsubishi Car Service in Essendon and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The service centre was untidy, with ripped chairs in the waiting area and cardboard boxes scattered around, giving a poor first impression. The environment did not feel clean or well-maintained, which is not what you expect from a professional service provider. In addition, the staff were not welcoming or friendly.
