Marko Banjac is amazing. I brought new jcw mini 5 months ago , and I would highly recommend him.he went extra mile for me, even 5 month later I can give him a call or text with technical questions he is more than happy to help me out . Then 2 days later I was in accident with my mini and unfortunately the car might be written off. And now marko is trying find replacement mini for me . Normally he sells BMW ,but was happy to help me with purchasing a Mini.
Nicole is the best. She is very helpful and patient either before or after sales. Love it. Update: both Nicole and Parminder are the best. They has provided me excellent customer service and car finance arrangement.Highly recommended both of them.
Terrible service. Booked a test drive online. Was asked repeatedly if we knew who was supposed to help us. Left to wander around for 25 minutes. Staff watched us waiting. The lack of service was appalling. Walked out to a better Mini Cooper show room. Nobody bothered to even ask.
Thank you so much to Alvin and the team at BMW MINI for helping me to buy my first car. Alvin is so patient and very knowledgeable to answer all questions and the team is so efficient. I'm so grateful for this incredible experience I had. I would highly recommend getting your Mini from Mini Essendon. However, my car was in other people's name after couple week their staff told me. Then, more paperwork caused and my car was finally under my name at the end of February.
I have just purchased a new JCW Countryman from Alvin at Essendon Mini Garage. Alvin went out of his way to make the whole buying process seamless without any hassles. I was kept informed every step of the way and the extra gift upon pickup was greatly appreciated. Thank you Alvin!
