I booked my vehicle for a service recall after being assured that it would be ready within 2 hours. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the car would only be available at 5:00 PM. No alternative arrangements were offered, even though I had clearly mentioned that I needed to start my work shift at 2:30 PM. I would give Mazda Essendon Fields zero stars if I could. I clearly explained the problem with the sensors, but they said it was fixed when it wasn’t. The sensors still keep beeping even when there’s no car ahead. This was confirmed by Alice on picking up the car that it’s all fixed. Not sure why they would lie and treat you like this and brush you off. The issue was known to them and was confirmed by the service manager at road test week back. Excellent experience all around, I had my car get a roadworthy certificate through here , and the communication about the work identified and the efficiency of the process was amazing. I highly recommend this dealership and give recognition to Lucas and the entire service department for their customer service and professionalism. I will definitely be back !!!
Extremely disappointing experience with Essendon Fields Mazda. I purchased my car brand new in 2024 and took it in for a concerning noise. During the road test, the issue was acknowledged, but I was immediately told they couldn’t investigate further due to lack of staff — with no regard for how serious the problem could be.
