After a bumpy start and some initial disappointment with the service department, I was pleasantly surprised by how things turned around. Service Manager Chelsea took the time to listen to my concerns, look into the issue thoroughly, and guide me through the situation with professionalism and care. Thanks to her efforts, things were resolved with a positive outcome. I really appreciate the way it was handled and will definitely be back!

I recently took my car in for its first year service maintenance, even though I originally purchased my vehicle from another dealership. My first brand new car purchase was actually from Essendon Mazda which was a CX9. And as a local I recently visited again as I am in the market for the a cx70 or cx90. 3 visits in the last 2 days and can say the service fell short each time. I was not greeted on my most recent visit. I left the first time and walked to a different dealer because no one approached but ended up walking back because the car I am keen on was available at Mazda.
