I had a terrible experience with the service department regarding a simple infotainment software update. After failing to complete the update during the first appointment, they billed me for the unfinished work. I had to wait a month for a follow-up, only to be told my CMU unit was "faulty" and needed a $2,700 replacement. They billed me a second time for this incorrect diagnosis.
