I brought my car in for service today and had the pleasure of being served by Andrea who was so professional easy to deal with very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
Essendon Mazda have really improved on their service - customer experience. Appreciate the text message communication with the Service Advisor and the barista made coffee upon drop off and pick of the vehicle, not to mention the friendly Service advisor, Alice.
