Very happy. Axia provides great service. Car was cleaned which was fabulous.
Unfortunately, I ended up buying a Skoda Kodiaq from Essendon Skoda in 2022. I bought a 7-year service pack along with the car. But the dealership never put the service pack on the Skoda portal, and every time I went for service, they asked for money. I had to explain and then show them the sales contract, which states the 7-year pack was included. Every service, they said they were going to fix it, but never did.
