I recently went to this dealership, two sales man totally ignored me and remained seated at there desk and totally ignored my existence as well as being more interested in there computer out of know where appeared a lovely smiling salesmen whom was well dressed out of no where and provided me with amazing service and keep apologising for the other sales man. Excellent customer service from Essendon Skoda. Very helpful with test driving, preparation of vehicle etc. Enjoyed the special pick-up 'ceremony' from the dealership.
Purchased a 2024 Scoda Kodiaq RS (which is the previous model) but have already parted with it. It was an awesome car in that spec but the seats actually caused me a very bad muscle injury that wouldn’t go away.. nomatter what I tried in consultation with my doctor. It was the side bolsters that did the damage. Definitely not something that a couple of test drives would reveal.
