Is it possible to give less than a one star review? My wife has a 2017 Fabia she purchased from these thieves new. It is a second car, done less than 15000km in 9 years - hardly used. She took it in for a standard service, which she was price gouged nearly $1000 for. However the real dodgy stuff started when "Asif" sent a text stating the vehicle needed a new oil separator ($900) and the usual "wiper replacement" scam - $145. Vehicle ready for collection as advised
I was a bit hesitant to take my Skoda back to a dealership for it's service as I had a bit of a bad experience when I purchased it from Richmond. I'd like to say in this case the service was wonderful, Axia was fantastic, polite, great communication. My car is driving beautifully, thanks!
