Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at Essendon Kia. I came in hoping to test drive a vehicle, but after waiting for quite a while, no one came to assist me. Eventually, I gave up and left without being helped. The dealership was also extremely crowded, and there was nowhere for customers to park. I ended up parking near the service area, only to be told I couldn't park there either. Overall, it felt disorganized and not very customer-friendly. Hopefully, they can improve their service and layout in the future.
