Extremely disappointed! I just completed my last of my scheduled 5 year services of which was asked to do added extras like windscreen wipers, aircon fresheners ect which is fine all at extra cost however a battery had failed in the ‘sos’ receiver of which I had to pay as warranty was out in Nov and car serviced in February.. even though it was still in the allotted 5 and final complimentary service time frame.. I had a Jaguar fpace and was a loyal customer at Essendon Jaguar.they charged me $5100 for a service and didn’t even change the spark plugs.two weeks later I opened the bonnet and my car was splattered with oil that day I had a big accident the AEB didn’t activate and the car didn’t respond to my movement and I could of killed someone’s child mother or a father.shame on you that could off been your child.i m in the market for a new car and as much as I love Jaguar I will stay away becouse of these guys.
David in the service department was very helpful, he explained the process of the issue very clear. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
