i have called 4 times in the passt 2 weeks. have left my name and number and never get a call back to book in my new car for its 3000km service. they are always busy when i call...which is great...well done and good luck....but why does no one call me back?
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Essendon Isuzu UTE. No one ever seems to answer the phone, and trying to get any communication is incredibly frustrating. We recently had our 2023 Isuzu D-MAX serviced on a Thursday, and by Friday it was back on a tow truck because of an issue caused during the service. Mistakes can happen, but what really disappointed us was how the situation was handled. MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO ISABELLA . After a horrendous experience with my novated lease company incorrectly informing me that my car was at Essendon, resulting in me calling the dealership over 10x, Isabella rang my lease company, found out where my car was and got the dealer to call me. She spent her whole morning to help me, when there was absolutely nothing in it for her. What a legend. Without her, I actually don't know how long it would have taken to resolve. THANK YOU!!!
