Abysmal, non-existent warranty service. New MUX eats front tyres away. Isuzu issued product recall to address this issue, but service department gives every excuse in the book to not do the service. Calls not returned. Do not believe the "7 year warranty". It's all good until you actually need it.
Customer service by Jace was fantastic. Minor Improvements in others areas of the MG essendon fields would make it an even better place.
Aleks was wonderful professional salesperson! As a senior single female I'd been to Ferntreegully and Frankston Isuzu and was unhappy how their staff communicate with me or lack of; ghosted! i have called 4 times in the passt 2 weeks. have left my name and number and never get a call back to book in my new car for its 3000km service. they are always busy when i call...which is great...well done and good luck....but why does no one call me back?
