NO ONE THERE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE..... QUITE PAINFUL.
Update: I originally gave 5 stars after purchasing my 2022 Kia Carnival, but after owning the vehicle for some time I've had to significantly revise my experience. The vehicle suffered a major engine and turbo failure at around 59,000 km. We had only driven it for around 9,000 km after purchasing it. It ultimately required a replacement engine. Abysmal, non-existent warranty service. New MUX eats front tyres away. Isuzu issued product recall to address this issue, but service department gives every excuse in the book to not do the service. Calls not returned. Do not believe the "7 year warranty". It's all good until you actually need it.
Customer service by Jace was fantastic. Minor Improvements in others areas of the MG essendon fields would make it an even better place.
