A while back we purchased a Haval and Mai was extremely friendly and cooperative during the sale process and test drive but after a week the car started having major issues and she would not answer my messages as I wanted warranty repairs and as I attended the dealership in person the first glance when she saw me she gave me a dirty look and quickly walked away into the office so that I get served by someone else .
