I had the most appalling experience here! Their staff are so rude to their customers speaking to me as if I was dumb. I asked if they can do early drop off and they responded with a blunt no to then proceed to tell me they can. They then were trying to charging me more for something that didn’t need fixing with a very agressive tone. I will never be back!
Dont go to Essendon GWM, they dont call you back when you have a issue with the car that you bought. if you are looking to buy a GWM dont go to Essendon dealer ship ,

A huge thanks to Jack and Josh for helping my grandad get into his new H6. He’s had ongoing back problems, so the higher ground clearance makes it much easier for him to get in and out of the car. The technology is unbelievable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for great service!
