Very efficient practice. Dr Crompton as always a pleasure to see.
Waited a week for a telehealth appointment with Dr Jeremy Huynh, didn't get a call for my appointment, also got marked as unnarived. Apt was 1:45pm originally, he ran over 30mins with he previous appointment, then had gone home by 2:30pm. Rang reception 3 times in between to confirm and he was running late at first, then had my file open and was about to ring, then said he tried to call me and left. Reception was helpful, but not ideal when its an urgent matter, and I've already been pre charged $100 for the appointment. Lef... read more
