Lovely customer service & relaxed environment. Dr Bryan Matthews was great!
I accompanied my elderly mother and from the minute we walked in the door the professionalism and welcoming environment was obvious. Bernadette made a long and thorough visual examination pleasant and positive for all involved. Regular dealings with Dr Sheppard as well as seeing Dr Sarrody and Dr Ajaimi. They are always thorough with excellent communication skills and patient empathy. As a GP myself I could not recommend this group higher.
This clinic is so ridiculously busy, grossly understaffed causing terrible service. Always feel rushed as they so busy.
Most medical clinics don’t have exceptional customer service skills. Essendon Eye Clinic had welcoming environment Cheerful, Considerate, Empathy, and very professional. The greeting was exceptional, through out the process until the last bits Paperwork. I congratulate all staff for your lovely demeanour we need more people to enjoy their job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
