Told me parts for recall were not available and they have been waiting 2 years for the recall parts form bmw overseas. Told me nothing in the entire country!!! I called another dealer and surprise suprise they had stock waiting and ready to do the job…. Seems like this dealer was only focusing on $$$ and didn’t want to waste time on recalls when they can make more money when charging for basic services. Extremely disappointing and definitely not a trusting dealer if ever go to again!
