I've been to Essence Sage Hill a couple of times. From reception, to cleanliness, ambiance, music remarkable. Recently, came back for my annual birthday massage. CHERRY was recommended by my picky husband, so I KNEW I had to book with her. Massage was a 12/10, best masseuse I've ever had to be honest. I canceled my appointment after being told by Essence Wellness Sage Hill that my extended health insurance would not cover massage therapy at their clinic. I even offered to pay upfront and submit my own claim, but was told I would not be reimbursed by my insurer. After contacting my insurance company directly, I was advised there are no clinic-specific restrictions and that coverage applies with any licensed RMT.
