I submitted two requests via their website where they tell you someone will reach out in 24-hours. Waited multiple days and no response to either request. I called the salon- no answer. I sent a text and got an answer right away. I asked to schedule a haircut and mentioned that I'd been trying to contact the for days. They did apologize and they asked my availability, but after responding to them immediately requesting their next available appointment, they disappeared. Just had my second appointment with Susana and I absolutely LOVE my hair. With previous color and a grown out balayage, she did an exceptional job refreshing my blonde and blending it out. I also have very frizzy/curly hair and she did a great job smoothing and styling my hair. Susana is not only skilled but an absolute sweetheart! I’m so thankful I found her!

I am very picky about my hair. I wear it very short and mistakes really show. I spent about two years looking for someone to cut my hair to my satisfaction. I picked Suzanne because she had a 5 star rating and she lives up to it. I have been going to Suzanne almost a year now and I have my forever hair stylist FINALLY!

The best experience every single time! The color is gorgeous, my hair is healthy, and of course I felt right at home in Susana’s chair. They always say it’s so difficult to lift the red out of hair and as much as I loved the red, I needed to go back to blonde. And Susana made it look like a cakewalk. I mean look at how stunning my hair turned out! I am so happy ❤️
