Thank you so much Whitney for coming to our rescue when the other stylist we booked was a no show. Whitney squeezed my daughter in and gave her the same care as a scheduled client and didn't rush to get her out the door. You have yourself some new clients!
LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I've brought my youngest son a couple of times to have Lisa cut his hair, and she's awesome! She remembered us even though it had been a few months between visits for him. I went there yesterday for myself, and I left with a HUGE confident boost! Lisa did an amazing job coloring my hair (and teach me how to care for the designer/fashion colors) and Whitney did an awesome job curling my hair. Felt so pampered while there, so relaxed when I left!
I have had a lot of spa treatments and this was by far the best spa experience I have ever had. The treatment was magnificent... the technician took great pride in her work and it showed. The atmosphere was lovely and the prices very reasonable. We were staying at Smugglers Notch and I'm so glad we decided to go into Essence instead of getting our treatments at the resort. Not only did we save money was we got exceptional service. Just wish I didn't live so far away, or I'd be a regular customer.
