We purchased our townhome at “The Towne” by Essence Properties in 2018 and were generally satisfied with the customer service, especially during the first year. Now in 2025, I’d like to raise two concerns: 1.The towel rings have developed rust—please consider using only high-quality stainless steel fixtures. 2. Recently, we had a major water leak from the master bathtub due to a poorly installed, low-quality stainless steel faucet. The e-portal is quite convenient and makes managing appointments and services easy. However, the booking times tend to be quite long, which can be challenging when trying to schedule care. Additionally, some defects were only noticeable after moving in for a while, and unfortunately, these issues were not covered by the service. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, the care and support provided have been appreciated.
