I’ve been a client at Essence for several years. The trainers there are highly educated to achieve the best for their clients. I work with Brittney and Marilee. Both have been critical in the transformation for me into a healthier, stronger person. I highly recommend Essence to anyone looking to gain improvements in fitness, mobility and wellness.
This place truly is the best. Their trainers are specialists and take individual interest in their clients needs. I’ve been going for 2 years and can 100% tell the difference in how I feel. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Love this place and these people.
I love Essence Pilates! I've been at Essence for over 7 years. The classes are great because the instructors are great. They’re knowledgeable and extensively trained in classical Pilates and make sure everyone works at an optimal level. It’s the perfect total body workout in a fun supportive environment.
