Essence Pilates is very professional and educated in Pilates I am fairly new to Essence Pilates but not new to Pilates. I called around and they were the only ones to call me back and had a great introductory package which gave me a "taste" of their classes and teachers. I feel that I made the right choice and love everyone at the studio.
good studio I thought the classes I took at Essence Pilates were good, but not great. I think if I had taken some private lessons I would have gotten more out of it.
