Highly recommended to anyone looking for a modern, clean and convenient place to stay for a family holiday. We did have a couple of minor hiccups which were out of the hotel and team's control, but they were handled and responded to without any fuss or delay. The team went over and above to ensure that our families were able to have the best possible experience possible. We will definitely be back!
I had a fabulous stay at Essence, from the moment you arrive and are greeted by the the lovely ladies on reception you know you are staying somewhere special. My apartment was amazing, so sunny and warm, with a balcony overlooking the pool and biosphere ensuring all day sunshine. Everything at Essence is amazing the staff are so friendly and nice, I can't fault it. I've stayed 3 times now and have already booked my next stay.
I have never stayed at a more innovative and trendy hotel. From the room service to the heated pool, it was the perfect place to unwind. Everything was so perfect and Essence made my birthday spectacular. We will be back!
