It had been ages since I had a massage. I decided to treat myself, after meeting her out and about, since I was having a tightness issue in my back/ hip area. After she does her initial assessment she is in tune with exactly what needs fixing! I will definitely be adding her in my calendar of events!
I had an excellent neuromuscular massage today. Brandy is incredibly skilled, strong, and knew exactly how to target the deep knots and tension in my muscles. She applied just the right amount of pressure—firm but never too much. I left feeling much looser and more relaxed than I have in a long time. Highly recommend her if you're looking for deep, effective work!"
Brandy is an experienced, excellent manage therapist. I am now for a longer time her client, and she is part of my health program. She has helped me with my sciatic pain and back pain. I am now again ready for a couple of different sports. I recommend her very very much.
