I called for my husband who wanted a men's Brazilian wax. He had called some other local spas and felt like they were laughing at him. So I called Essence of Skin Day spa to avoid any further embarrassment for my husband. From the greeting over the phone to the appointment confirmation, they were warm and understanding.
