**** *** * ***** I had basically the same thing happen to me as previous reviewers. Got promotional oil of argan product. Did not receive any email with 'how to proceed with order' instructions. Apparently there is a trial period within which you have to cancel your 'subscription' and return the product. The information is not clearly communicated, and charges for the 'full amount of product' plus a month's subscription cost happen ($100+ USD each).
