I have been going to Essence for years! Emily is a wonderful nail tech who always leaves my natural nails looking like gel or acrylic nails. Clean place, warm and welcoming and very accommodating!
Very clean and nice salon. Owner is very customer oriented.
Extremely rude owner! Don’t recommend going. They don’t take customer complaints seriously and when I called to address my concern the owner hung up on me!
My husband booked an appointment for a pedicure, only to be left waiting OVER 30 minutes without any acknowledgment or update. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it speaks volumes about their lack of respect for customers’ time. I’ve experienced similar issues myself and have stopped going altogether. On top of the poor service, I would often leave with my toes bleeding from their rushed and careless pedicures. If you value professionalism, punctuality, and proper care, steer clear of this place.
I took my girls to get their shellac pedicure done for our trip on March 6th and it was a horrible job because the polish fell off three days later. I am not very happy with the product used
