Beautiful shop! I came in as a walk in and got a Pedi and Dip Mani. I had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful ladies and recieved exceptional service. For me, the next test is how long it lasts! I would definitly suggest Essence Nail and Spa.
Terrible nail polish. My nails were not painted well, they did not dry so they were a mess by the time I got home. I even sat an extra 15 min waiting for them to dry. Heels not taken care of, you can’t tell me I have no calluses when I have not had my feet taken care of in almost a year.
My toe was burned so badly that it made me cry, and no one did anything. I was a visitor from Georgia and had the absolute worst experience here. I would have expected a manager or someone to take an incident report or offer something other than water or wine to me. The staff didn’t seem very friendly as they said sorry or completely ignored me and moved on with their lives. I couldn’t get up to get tissues or anything since the nail tech didn’t stop after I yanked my foot away, even after I was burned a few more times and a... read more
