I went in for an appointment at 5:30...waited 30 minutes then said i'll come back another time then all of the sudden i'm now allowed to sit at a nail booth and wait another 10 minutes. Once someone came over i told them i wanted a gel manicure which i found out costed 85$ after tip, it looked decent. Nothing special. What really pisses me off is i just spent $85 for them ALL to pop off within 2 days!! I called and they said "I cant refund you but come in and we'll fix it" Screw that! Be prepared to spend a ridiculous amount of time there. They have no respect for appointment times & think nothing of leaving you waiting 25+ minutes before starting your service. If you want to spend over an hour & a half getting a standard pedicure, this is the place for you.

I'm so glad I found this place. Honestly none of the nail salons around here can compete. I am always satisfied. Essence nails is very clean and everyone that works there are very professional. Aside from nail services they also offer massages and waxing. They have a great collection of nail polish as well including OPI and Essie. I highly recommend this place and my favorite technician Regina, she's the best. =) They are located in the Kmart (West Fall) Plaza which is very convenient.
