I went to Essence after a bad experience with another local trainer that ended in injury. The owner, Diana and her staff were extremely knowledgeable & patient. The studio offers a wide variety of cardio, stretching, flexibility, & strength training to shape me into the trim, strong and healthy individual that I wanted to be. They also offer classes in Yoga & Hot Yoga to help you learn how to calm your mind allowing you to better cope with the stresses of life that too often take control of our lives.
