Sarah Meeks of Essence was wonderful! She has a warm & gentle spirit, was very thorough in knowing my health conditions & knew exactly what I needed. She explained everything before starting. Amazing! Sarah is a hidden gem. Space was so warm and calming, 90 minute Swedish massage was so reasonably priced and the massage itself was incredible. Sarah is strong and knowledgeable and is now my go to for massages.
