This company could really use some administrative improvements. On 10/15, I texted to schedule services and received sporadic responses throughout the day. We agreed on pricing, but I was never told when the work would be done. On 10/17, I called again and was told they would be out on 10/22 (also later confirmed via text hours later), so I arranged to work from home. I'm sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with Essence. I purchased a package of 6 vouchers for lawn mowing through a third-party company to try out Essence. I called Essence and scheduled my appointments. Given all the rain we were having prior to and including my first mowing date on a Monday, I was not surprised when they called and said they would not be able to come, and they would reschedule my mowing. We've been trying to cancel service with them for a week now, we keep getting appointment reminders for service that we don't want. They do not answer their phone, they do not respond to voicemail, they don't respond to texts don't respond to emails. Horrible!!!
