I have been using this product for YEARS. They have changed the formulation and refuse to share transparency about that. This new version not only isn’t effective but it is also darkening my skin. I’m so extremely disappointed. Please change the formulation back. This one is awful.
I been using the collagen & vitamin E face cream on and off for years, the last jar I bought was very light and watery I believe they watered down. Very disappointed by this changes in texture of the cream.
The customer service is terrible. Never buy from that store
The products are amazing really helps with acne and dark spots. However the people that work there need to be removed. There’s an older Jamaican lady she’s wonderful if anyone ever goes there I would really recommend you to ask for her. She knows her stuff,speaks to you respectfully, and really knows how to make you feel comfortable. Update 12/28/21: Unfortunately the store hasn’t been open ever since the lock down.
