I used Essence Creations for my daughter ‘s prom. The company was unprofessional from the time they entered my home until the end. Coming into my home, her assistant scratched my wall with poles that was apart of the set up. The poles took paint off my wall and left black / grey marks. She didn’t provide a red carpet, instead we were given red paper, which my daughter almost slipped on when she was doing her prom walk.
