Shabby has been part of my family’s wellness journey for about 3 years now. I first traveled to her San Antonio clinic for various treatments, and I was thrilled when she opened her practice in Boerne! She has supported me through chronic hip and lower back pain, as well as during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Her acupuncture and fascia therapy (I may not be saying that quite right!) have made such a difference in my movement and overall pain levels. Dr. Shabby is a great chiropractor! She never rushes visits, she looks at each patient individually, and is a wealth of info as well! She has given me adjustments through all my pregnancies and she’s adjusted my kids too and we all love her!
Our family loves it here!!!! I have taken both of my daughters since birth for various reasons and we have had the best experience with Dr. Shabby! I always leave having learned so much as well.
I cannot tell you how many people I have recommended to see Dr. Shabby. Myself, 7 year-old,2 year-old, and 6 month old are all patients. We have all had different needs during my pregnancy and shortly after their births that she has been able to help us with and throughout the years. Fussy baby, constipated baby, sleepless baby.. even trouble feeding.. you name it.. Essence has helped. The office is not close to me, but is still certainly worth the drive!
