Josh is 100% a professional! His communication is top tier, from booking the appointment and having questions, all the way to after the piercing and the aftercare education. He made me feel comfortable and was so knowledgeable with the jewelry.
Josh is beyond fantastic!! I just needed a new ball for my nipple bar, as mine had fallen out overnight, and he was awesome and able to get my situation sorted in no time!! Came back the following week for a tongue bar, as I'd lost mine, but could not for the life of me remember the size I needed. Josh helped me figure it out and it's such a comfy fit!! Cannot recommend his passion, kindness, and knowledge enough!!!
