Very good!!
You lost a customer today. I've been buying my hair supplies here for a few years now. Twice in the last three weeks I drove from Nipomo to Pismo to replenish my supply of conditioner. Both times, in the middle of the day, there was a clock sign in the door saying "Be back at (insert time)". I am not going to sit and wait in the parking lot for someone to come back from who-knows-where. There are plenty of other places i can go.
I had a great experience with the store, they were great and very helpful
