Great customer service and competitive prices.
Customer service was excellent
I called ahead to make sure they had nail drill sets in stock. The employee had one and offered to save it for me until I got there. She was so sweet. We talked about the nail design items they had, and she even offered to FaceTime me to show what they had before I drove out! That’s exceptional customer service in my opinion. And bought the most beautiful set of nails
I went in to get supplies for my business and as the owner was assisting me, the sales clerk called her over because she needed help at the register. I waited patiently as I am reasonable and understand business. I timed how long I waited and it was 20 minutes. Then another man came in from marketing or something and the owner spoke with him instead of assisting me.
