Well, it’s not very happy with the purchase overpriced lemon got the salesman promising things he did not deliver on the owner. Seems like he didn’t like Black people at all. Would never buy another car from these guys.
Jose was my sales guy and he was working with me on 2 trucks and made sure I was satisfied with the truck I picked and made sure everything was good to go mechanically before I drove it off the lot pretty chill people
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!! Jose has done nothing but gaslight me for months now. I found a 2015 Ford Expedition on the Car Guru website from Essence Auto. I set up an appointment with Jose online for a week later. When I arrived on time, Jose was obviously not prepared. The vehicle was not pulled out to look at. It was wedged between 2 cars and a pole.
